to the practice of dentistry was rather involved and not very intelligible, and perhaps not quite compatible with the succeeding Section, but as

the Ordinance is based on the Straits Settlements

Ordinance (which has been in operation since

1933) there seems to be no reason to question

these Sections. This, however, is more a matter

for Mr. Dale than for myself.
